I have many titles including but not limited to momma, wife, friend, daughter, sister, cook, house keeper, Physician Assistant. All of my jobs keep me rather busy. In my spare time I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, cooking, gardening, bike riding and keeping up with friends and family.
Sydney is our 6 year old "baby girl". She is full of energy and has a huge appetite for life. She loves being outdoors, especially helping her daddy in the yard, loves reading (or should I say being read to), sings constantly, and is a huge fan of arts/crafts and projects. Syd adores her little brother and is so sweet to him. She is always ready to help momma in the kitchen. Sydney is an absolute joy and will always be our "baby girl".
Griffin Sawyer is our 3 year old "little man". He is so content and always has a smile. He is very attached to his momma but loves daddy and big sis. We cannot remember what life was like before Griffin and we are thankful for him.
We tried this new recipe over the weekend and oh was it yummy! The kids were not crazy about the kale but Bill and I loved it! I think the beauty of quiche is that you can use the basic recipe and substitute ingredients. I know my kids would be happy if I added some ham and took out the kale or you could substitute spinach for the kale. I actually added some Romano cheese to ours. Appears to be a lot of work but it is actually super simple and quick to put together. Leave a comment if you try it and tell me what you think.
