Here is our dinner menu for the week: Sunday: Braised Country Pork ribs with creamy grits and roasted potatoes (for the kids since they are not crazy about grits) This was new to us and so easy yet delicious! Monday: Beef vegetable soup with bread and butter, apples or applesauce Tuesday: Baked Fish, Roasted potatoes, peas Wednesday: Dijon Chicken, rice, corn Thursday: Pork and Broccoli Stir Fry Friday: Lasagna, Salad What are you eating this week?
