English Muffin Bread recipe

We tried this recipe a few weeks ago and it was a hit!  Very yummy and so easy!  I did not have rapid rise yeast so I let mine rise twice as suggested- it turned out great.  Syd likes hers with PB and nutella, Bill with butter and myself with butter and raspberry jam.  I cannot remember Griffin's impression- this was about the time he was sick and was not eating well at all.
