Ginny is hosting a giveaway. Check out her post and the rest of her site. Ginny has a passion for the Lord, her family, gardening, photography and the great outdoors. I have been making most of Griffin's baby food and I made a lot of Sydney's but I
definitely could have made more. I am not perfect by any means but I do feel nutrition is important and in a sense what you put in, is what comes out. I also believe that you build habits at an early age. Many patients parents tell me their children are picky but often times the reality is that the parents do not offer certain foods because they do not like them themselves. You also need to offer your children foods multiple times before you decide they do not like them. Personally I try foods that I do not like occasionally just to be sure I still do not like them. I still do not like Blue cheese! I am not crazy about lima beans or black eyed peas but I will eat them if they are in something. I have a very small list of foods that I do not like and my children are the same. Crazy as it sounds Sydney does not like berries, melon or jelly. We offer her berries and melon and she usually declines but will occasionally try a bite. What foods don't you or your kids like?
