Last weekend we got our bikes out of the shed and cleaned them up a bit and put air in the tires. Bill and I bought really nice bikes a few years ago and have not ridden them in over a year, maybe two. Griffin had to wear Sydney's helmet (even though it is pink) because we haven't bought him one yet and it no longer fits her. He enjoyed the ride and I need the exercise.

My big kids and I just got back from a bike ride. They grow up so fast! I remember when Luke was riding on the back of mine...he's seven now!
