This is our happy little boy. He wakes up this happy and is usually this happy all day long. Yes we know we are blessed with a content and joyful child.
At 8 months Griffin is doing all kinds of fun things. For instance drinking from his sippy cup. Just this week he managed to pick it up and get it to his mouth and take a drink all by himself. What a big boy.
He is just so adorable it is hard not to squeeze him all the time.

He tried his first bitter biscuit this week and enjoyed it.
Not too messy to start
But then it was all goey and lots of fun. Oh well we do have a bath tub.
Griffin is a pro at sitting up and no longer needs a boppy around him. He is rolling and moving all over. He gets up on his hands and one knee, occasionally two and rocks but no crawling. Bill and I both think he will crawl this month.

He continues to sleep through the night. I lay him down between 7-8 and he puts himself to sleep and usually wakes around 6. We have yet to find a food he does not enjoy. He has had just about all the basics plus a few other things like chick peas, avocado, mango. I still make most of his baby food but he does eat some store bought while he is at school.
Griffin adores his big sis and he thinks she is so funny. While driving I often hear him cackling in the back seat and all Sydney is doing is making funny faces. He says da da and that's about it. He made his first trip to the ocean and also the pool in the last 2 weeks. He enjoys water as long as we introduce him gradually. He still loves the bath and cries when I get him out. We are all so in love with our little man.
