I made the dough from this recipe and instead of baking it as a loaf I cut the roll into 2 inch sections and put them in a casserole dish, let them rise and then baked them.
I made a drizzle with milk, confectioners sugar and a touch of brown sugar.  Yummy breakfast.
We love this recipe and it is made with 2/3 whole wheat flour and a small amount of sugar (4Tbsp) so it really is a rather good option.
